How To Use Opera Mini Free Internet on Mobile Phone For GLOBE
I’ve been searching on the net on How To Setup Opera Mini Free Internet via Globe using my mobile phone. Luckily I found one and I will share it with you here in my post. I’m using Smart sim before in surfing the net but one day the Opera Mini Trick didn’t work anymore, Maybe Smart Communications knew about it and cut it off. just a simple reminder this is not like Globe Unlitxt Telus that appeared recently. This is known by many for a long time now and I just want to share it with you guys.
Before using the Opera Mini Free Internet Browsing via Globe you need to do/have these:
- Activated SIM For Internet Use for Globe: Starter Sim, Tattoo Sim and Extreme Memory Sim
- Configuration Settings (APN: http.globe.com.ph, PROXY:80.239.242.113, Proxy Server: 80, homepage: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp)
- Opera Mini modded ( available on net)

i have downloaded opera mini on my phone N73 using globe tattoo.. but i can’t access the applications/site on the menu of opera mini.. what should i do? i need the steps..please help me..

@welhelm – did you download the modded version of the opera mini? and please do follow the instructions above including the ip, proxy etc. after that try to browse again. I’ll give the step-by-step instructions if this fails.

@hzyril – what kind of Opera mini? the modded version or just the standard one? you can download the standard version on opera website..

Hi, why i cant use the opera mini on my SE p990i. its already installed. When i visit any website (facebook and friendster), it just keep on processing but nothing happens….im using a prepaid starter sim….

Guys you need to configure your settings first eg. proxy, APN.. and also get the latest version or the modded one..

i have this opera mini 11.1 in my phone (nokia 6021 classic) everytime i tried to access on the internet, it was error appeared, . . what would you suggest for me to do with this thingy? is opera mobile can give u a free access in the net via phone? … i mean a free of charge everytime you surf?… thank you!
