2010 UAAP Cheerdance Competition Tickets
50Almost 2 weeks from now will be the UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2010 and I can feel the scarcity of ticket from this moment on. Last year, I sold few tickets which ranged a little bit higher than their usual prices. As we all know tickets were divided to eight participating schools especially those reserved seating tickets.

The Philippine Collegiate Champions League Elite 8 is now complete. The PCCL will be another showdown of two of the premiere leagues in the country, the UAAP and the NCAA.
Philippine Collegiate Champions League Sweet 16

The 2009 Philippine Collegiate Champions League Sweet 16 cast is now complete. The De La Salle Green Archers are set to defend their title on this year’s PCCL. The Green Archers are forced to have a little bit of road block heading to PCCL sweet 16 after a disappointing 5th place finish in the UAAP. The defending champs were able to past the Luzon-Metro Manila Zonal after beating some squads that includes NCCA-South Champs Don Bosco Technical College Greyhounds, UCLAA Champion St. Francis of Assisi College System Doves and University of Nueva Caceres to be able to compete in the 2009 Philippine Collegiate Champions League Sweet 16.
JRU Heavy Bombers new Head Coach Vergel Meneses
7After a disappointing NCAA Season 85, The Jose Rizal University began its early rebuilding, by acquiring the services of their own former King Bomber “the Aerial Voyager” Vergel Meneses as their Seniors Basketball Head Coach replacing Ariel Vanguardia.

Vergel Meneses, a 14 year veteran of the pro league Philippine Basketball Association, is a former JRU ace player but didn’t won any championship.
NU Bulldogs Head Coach Fired After Long Years of Losing Record
1woohoo! Finally! The NU Bulldogs Head Coach Manny Dandan is gone. It’s been a long losing stint for Manny Dandan during his stay as Head Coach of NU Bulldogs. Many people especially those NU Alumni are waiting for this moment. Dandan was fired after a disappointing UAAP season with a 3-11 win-loss record. (more…)
De La Salle Zobel ties series against Ateneo Blue Eaglets
0It was another intense action during the UAAP Juniors Basketball Championship inside the Fil-Oil Flying-V Arena in San Juan. The De La Salle Zobel Junior Archers extends the series into a deciding game 3 after winning earlier against the Ateneo Blue Eaglets 57-53.

1A Very thrilling Championship game just happened earlier. The UAAP Season 72 Finals Game 1 ended with Ateneo De Manila University Blue Eagles defeating University of the East Red Warriors with the final score of 78-71.

UAAP Season 72 Final 4
0As the UAAP post season fast approaching, four teams emerged to the top of the standings. The Final Four. As expected, the Ateneo Blue Eagles led by the reigning UAAP MVP Rabbeh Al-Hussaini emerge as the number one seed on top of all teams. Followed by the Far Eastern University Tamaraws leb by the one-two punch combo of Smart-Gilas RP Team members Mark Andy Barroca and JR Cawaling for solo second. Meanwhile, the University of the East Red Warriors led by veteran players compose of High Flying Elmer Espiritu and Philippine Basketball League MVP Paul Lee were on third spot. Lastly at fourth place the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers that Led by UAAP Season 72 MVP Dylan Ababou. (more…)
