I know that a basketball player has a lot of workout to do but I recently noticed that my bro should focus on his lower ab workout so that his tummy won’t accumulate fat that doesn’t look nice for him.

The rest that I noticed that he needs to focus on is his agility which is vital on his defensive skills. His feet are a bit slow on his size and base on his basketball skills and IQ.

I love basketball! I really do! This is my pride, my hobby, my relaxation and best of all my fat burner. But sometimes you have to forget the things you love doing, for other things and other priorities. Basketball is a sport that has been always in my heart since the day of  my first dribble of basketball.

Starting today, I have to say goodbye for a while in basketball may it be 2 weeks or months, I really don’t know. I’ll be focusing on my studies since I came to the point that I have to prioritize my duty in hospital, doing work and time for family.

The reason is that he is not in tip top shape during the season and he gained so much weight that he didn’t even go below 200 lbs in the scales during the off-season. Now a new league is coming and I wish that he will prepare well and condition himself for him to win a championship.

To end the 8 days of free agency Lebron James decided to join Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh for a chance to win a title this year and the future.  The decision was held in Greenwich, Connecticut.

“The best opportunity to win and to win now and to win in the future also,” James said. “Winning is a huge thing for me.”

James sacrifices almost everything just to contend for an NBA title. Moving to Miami makes his legacy less noticed than Kobe and Jordan who sticked in one team the rest of their careers.

Cleveland Cavaliers fans were all disappointed on Lebron’s decision and even some of his fans burned Lebron James Cavs jersey.

“They can have mixed emotions, of course,” James said, adding that Akron will “always be home for me.”

I think Lebron and Wade is not compatible and add the fact that Bosh is with them. I think they can’t win championship right away. As the analyst said “it will take time” Pat Riley needs to bring up all the pieces like the Boston Celtics did in 2008. Money terms is still an issue here and anything can still happens until all of them sign their contracts.

Kobe Bryant was limited for below 20 points while nursing early foul trouble that really causes the Lakers. Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum had a good game with 20 plus points each but wasn’t good enough to win the game. Ron Artest shoots misserable with 1-10 from the field and fouls out of the game during the last 2 minutes.

Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett was totally non-factor for this game but still the Celtics managed to win behind Rondo and Ray Allen’s NBA Finals Record for most 3 point shots made. The series shifts to Boston on Tuesday and will start at 9PM ET.

Both of them came from a hard fought conference finals, The Lakers defeated the Suns in Game 6 and The Celtics defeated the Magic also in game 6.

Now Los Angeles Lakers has the home court advantage against the Celtics unlike in the 2008 Finals wherein Boston had an advantage which truly essential in the series. Also the Lakers is more mature now than before and now have defensive specialist Ron Artest that can lock down players like Ray Allen and Paul Pierce.

The Fact that the Lakers have all the positions covered, the bigger the Lakers have a chance to repeat as champions and the C’s should answer it with a steady play making of Rondo and the rest of the Big 3 (Pierce, Allen, Garnett).
