Aside from welcome party, he will also spend his birthday here in the country. So I am thinking of throwing a huge party for him with free flowing drinks and buffet style setup of foods and I am thinking if I should just hire for a caterer to setup the whole thing and that would be totally awesome!

Right now, he doesn’t know anything about our plan for his arrival. So I think he should prepare his gift basket upon his arrival because I know that it would be full right after his touchdown.

So there goes my Gadmei TV box that I bought from an online community. I think I had it less than usual price and really is a bang for the buck. I easily attached it to my 10 year old CRT monitor and wanted to use it immediately. But then I had problems choosing the right antenna that I will use because it also have radio features. So I should buy 2 antennas different for each feature.

I easily set it up after buying 2 antennas. I attached stereo speakers as well and the quality is just fine as regular analog tv. I could even get a cable subscription but it can only work in an SD format. Now my son can watch his favorite cartoon show from TV5 every morning.

Now, I also had a sunglass before like the sporty Oakley sunglass that my dad gave me during his US trip around ten years ago. Eventually I sell it for a low price because of the scratch on its lenses.

It is time for me to buy a julbo sunglasses that I really prefer especially when riding motorcycle during day time. This is just my way to protect my eyes from UV rays that is harmful for my vision.

So hopefully someone would grant me my wish this Christmas.

Now he is in other country but his taste of fashion never changes. He also loves to wear his favorite diver’s watch or his citizen watch whenever he leaves their house. I asked him one time why does he love to wear diver’s watch rather than other casual watches, He replied and just said “it’s comfortable”. I can’t blame him because I also think that diver’s watch is comfortable because of the rubber strap that it has.

The brand that he has the most is Citizen but there is only one watch I remembered that my dad always wanted or should I call it as his dream watch. It is a Rolex three-color that is amounting to 1 million pesos 10 years ago.

I love to compare products online even if its already out in the market and in the mall. I am a gadget lover so it is a must for me to do this before buying anything. I love to surf those websites that has compare tray such as several gadgets and appliances websites wherein you will also finds perfect places to buy the product that you are comparing to.

What good about comparing products online is that you will see information such as features, specifications and even the down side of a product. Knowing first the product especially gadgets will save you a lot of money.

Now he is a bit busy repairing and finishing some carpentry jobs for their house and designing it a little bit so it would look like just an ordinary home inside. It is a cute mobile home which looks like more of a condominium type but a bit small which is usual for a container steel made house.

He was then looking for mobile home for sale that is cheap but he found this second hand mobile home. I saw his house from the photos attached to from his e-mail that he sent and I think it is quite small but yet it is cute. It has a garage which is just perfect for his car.

I’m looking forward to experience to live in a mobile home since I am very much familiar in a small house just like our home right now.

Every time it rains it pours that was the saying. But this saying also happened to my Aunt’s home for these past years because of sub-standard materials used by my other uncle who was the contractor and the engineer that constructed the building.

Her house is made of stone and lack of water-proofing additives to stop the rain water from the roof top and from the walls. I could have suggest to just build a steel building that could have been better than the cemented posts and wall.

Now it was done from repair and it cost a lot. More around 6 digits in our currency But it was just fine because it looks good with its new color and new roof.

I recently got our roof fixed and it cost us a lot. My aunt was my sponsor but when the fixing is on-going there are a lot of problem that appeared. Our ceiling needs to be fixed and while fixing our ceiling, all the cables inside of it came out and needs to be fix as well.

Some wires and cords as well as cables are dangerous when it became wet so we have to cover it with cord covers for us to be sure that it will always be dry and would not be dangerous for our well-being. Total cost of the damage cost us around 600USD all-in for the materials and labor.

My dad is is now looking on to something new yet something that will cut his cost on rent as well as to reduce their monthly bills. He is currently looking to move into a mobile home. But of course he is now looking somewhere downtown LA but he still preferred in Carson wherein he lives right now. After that he needs to look for some atv winches for their mobile home. He is asking me to search it on the internet maybe he can get some cheap one.

But then he will still have to wait for my brother to arrive in US who is currently in petition.
