I’ve been waiting for the 2010 NBA All Star Game this coming February 14th 2010 at Dallas, Texas but still I have to wait less than a month to watch it. I’ve voted online at NBA.com for my own 2010 NBA All Star Starters for both east and west all star teams and hopefully my choice for the starters will be pick. Tough I think not all my selections wouldn’t make it to the list, unlike last year’s NBA Allstar 2009 Starting Five because I think Allen Iverson wouldn’t make it to the 2010 NBA All Star Starters this year.
UPDATE! The 2010 NBA All Star Starters just been announced!
2010 East All Star Starters:
Guard: Allen Iverson (1,269,568 votes)
Guard: Dwayne Wade (2,327,550 votes)
Forward: LeBron James (2,549,793 votes) *highest in votes
Forward: Kevin Garnett *injured maybe replaced by Chris Bosh
Center: Dwight Howard (2,360,096 votes)
2010 West All Star Starters:
Guard: Steve Nash
Guard: Kobe Bryant *2nd in votes
Forward: Carmelo Anthony
Forward: Tim Duncan
Center: Amare Stoudemire
(I’ll be posting the official results of votes once it is released)
This year’s NBA All Star Starters will be announced tomorrow January 21st 2010 (US Time). I’ll be happy to know the 2010 NBA All Star Starters, so please re-visit this post for the updates on the NBA Allstar 2010 Starting Five for both east and west teams.
I’m not just excited for the upcoming 2010 NBA All Star Game but I’m also excited on the side events that will happen in the 2010 NBA All Star Weekend including the 2010 Sprite Slam Dunk Competition, 2010 Footlocker 3-point Shootout and the 2010 Rookies vs. Sophomore Game.
I’m pretty much sure that my basketball idol Kobe Bryant will be included in the list of 2010 NBA All Star Starters but still we have to wait for the official voting results.
