Yes! I just heard this CNN Hero of the year 2009 from the news. But I was glad that this news came up, and then I will have a chance of voting our own pride Filipino hero. A Filipino Hero that’s still living among us named Efren Penaflorida of Cavite city was nominated in the Top 10 CNN Heroes. He’s own concept of “Kariton Classroom” that helps out of school children and those children in poverty to study even outside school includes him in the list. (more…)
