The 2009 PCCL Final Four cast is now complete, the top four schools from both UAAP and NCAA will play on the final four knockout phase of the 2009 Philippine Collegiate Champions League. The four schools entered the phase by defeating their opponents from other parts of the country including the Cebu Powerhouse University of Visayas.

The 2009 PCCL Final Four are composed of two schools from both UAAP and NCAA. Leading the UAAP is the defending champions Ateneo Blue Eagles and FEU Tamaraws while the NCAA teams are San Sebastian Stags and San Beda Red Lions. The Ateneo defeated their UAAP counterpart UST while the FEU defeated its rival UE. San Sebastian crushed Letran while San Beda surpasses Mapua.

This 2009 PCCL Final Four is no doubt that the UAAP will once again reign and both teams will meet at the finals, even if the UAAP line-up is not complete due to their player’s commitment on the Smart-Gilas RP Team.

The Philippine Collegiate Champions League Final Four will start on Monday. The Ateneo Blue Eagles will face off against San Beda Red Lions and FEU Tamaraws facing San Sebastian Stags.
